Novacid™ 1175, Novacid™ 1185, Novacid™ 1199 are the mixture of C9, C10 and C11 linear dicarboxylic acids.
Novacid™ 1175, Novacid™ 1185, Novacid™ 1199 can be used for corrosion inhibition for metalworking fluids and coolants, and also complexing agent for Lubricantss and lubricant base stocks.
Novacid 1175 can be equivalent products as Emerox 1175, Novacid 1185 can be equivalent products as Emerox 1185, Novacid 1199 can be equivalent products as Emerox 1199.

Novacid™ 1175, Novacid™ 1185, Novacid™ 1199 works in synergistic blends with other dibasic acid to provide corrosion protection to iron and steel surfaces.
Amine and hydroxide salts provide excellent rust control for aqueous applications including engine coolants, metal cleaners and metalworking fluids.
Our dibasic acid blends, when neutralized into water-based formulations, also exhibit improved foam control and hard water stability compared to most other individual and blended acids.
Corrosion Inhibitor:
Triazoles are the workhorse corrosion inhibitors for non-ferrous metals including copper and Novacid™ 1175, Novacid™ 1185, Novacid™ 1199 alloys and aluminum.
Amine carboxylates have been used for many years to prevent corrosion of ferrous metals.
Diacids are most commonly used corrosion inhibitors in the market such as sebacic acid (C10) and two formulated blends, Novacid™ 1175, Novacid™ 1185, Novacid™ 1199.
Both NOVACID grades are designed with enhanced levelsof undecanedioic acid for superior cost-performance.

- Storage Requirements
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and incompatible substances (e.g., strong oxidizers, bases).
Shelf life is 24 months when stored under recommended conditions.
- Handling Precautions
Wear protective gloves and goggles during operation to avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
